摘要
通过构建4层次的大学生创新创业训练计划("大创")项目体系,提高参与主体的主观能动性,深化改革,为"大创"开展注入活力,建立制度,为"大创"实施保驾护航,推进"大创"发展。
A four-level system for the undergraduate training programs for innovation and entrepreneurship （UTPIE） was constructed to enhance the subjective initiative of the main study body involved, deepen the reform, invigorate the development of the UTPIE, establish systems to ensure the enforcement of UTPIE and effectively enhance the innovation ability of the students.
