精神分裂症患者血流动力学的对照研究

Control Study on the Hemodynamics of Schizophrenia

目的:探讨精神分裂症患者的血流动力学变化。方法:采用经颅彩色多普勒超声检测(TCD)40例精神分裂症患者和40例正常人进行对照研究。结果:精神分裂症患者右侧大脑前、后动脉及左侧椎动脉博动指数或(和)阻力指数显著下降(P<0.05),女性患者左侧大脑中动脉、前动脉血流速度显著减慢。结论:精神分裂症患者部分脑内血管阻力增加、紧张度增高、血流速度减慢,女性患者左侧大脑优势半球供血较差。

Objective:To research the Hemodynamics of schizophrenia.Methods:40 patients with schizophrenia and 40 nomal subjects were compared by TCD.Result:Showed that there was a significant decrease in the exponent of the pulsation or/and resistance index of anterior and posterior artery of right hemisphere,vertebral artery of left hemiphere( P <0.05).The volocity of verebroblood flow was obviously lower in female patients than controls of the same set.Conclusion:It suggested that there was decrease of the blood flow,increase of resistance and tensity in partial cerebro-arteries of schizophrenics and that functional damage of left hemisphere dominathemisphere was severer in female patients.
