舒芬太尼硬膜外用药对妇科手术硬膜外麻醉效果的影响

The Influence of Sufentanil the Epidural Medication of Epidural Anesthesia in Gynecological Surgery

目的研究舒芬太尼硬膜外用药对妇科手术硬膜外麻醉效果的影响。方法选择60例经过妇科手术的患者,并将其随机分为3组,每组为20人。在3组阵痛药物中均加入6mg的地塞米松,在48h后观察记录患者的不良反应、满意度、运动恢复状况、疼痛视觉的模拟评分等。结果 1组和2组在术后的疼痛视觉模拟法评分较3组明显略高（P〈0.05）,皮肤瘙痒、恶心呕吐、运动阻滞等现象的发生率不存在显著差异。结论硬膜外注入0.75%罗哌卡因15~20mL混合舒芬太尼20μg对妇科手术硬膜外麻醉效果较好,较1组和2组有明显优势。

Objective To study the sufentanil epidural drgg for gynecological surgery epidural anesthesia effect. Methods 60 cases choice after gynecological surgery patients, and its randomly divided into three groups, each group of 20 people. In the three groups arc pain drugs to join 6 mg of dexamethasone, in 48 hours after the observation record the patient＇s bad reaction, satisfaction, sports recovery status, pain visual analogue scale, etc. Results 1 group and the two groups in the postoperative pain score visual simulation method is 3 groups significantly higher （P〈0.05）, itchy skin, nausea vomiting, movement and the incidence of block phenomenon does not exist significant differences. Conclusion Epidural injection 0.75% ROM pp pronounced 15 - 20 mL mixed sufentanil 20 gg for gynecological surgery epidural anesthesia effect is good, with 1 group and the two groups have obvious advantages.
