推动首都经济持续健康发展的战略思考

北京市在我国加快转变发展方式过程中承担着先行示范作用,近年来通过主动调结构、转方式,在推动首都经济发展上取得巨大成就。当前,首都经济发展进入转变发展方式的攻坚阶段,未来发展应以解决城市空间结构矛盾、人口资源环境压力等突出问题为突破口,推动首都经济稳定健康发展。要以中关村为龙头加快实施创新驱动发展战略,以经济布局优化带动空间结构调整,同时加快发展符合世界城市功能的总部经济及金融、文化等优势产业,并在首都经济圈范围内谋划首都科学发展,增强首都经济长远发展的后劲。

Accelerating the transformation of the economic development model is a long-term task in which Beijing undertakes an important mission. In recent years, Beijing has made great achievements in the economic sphere, and entered a crucial stage of the economic development model transformation. It is important for Beijing to resolve population, resources and environmental issues and other outstanding problems through the economic development. The article put forward some suggestions, including： First, Beijing should accelerate the development of Zhongguancun to lead the innovation-driven development strategy, improving the economic layout and adjusting the spatial structure at the same time; Second, energetically developing headquarters economy, finance and cultural ＆ creative industries, helping to strengthen the functions of a world city; Third, promoting the development of Beijing in the range of the Capital Economic Circle in order to enhance the long-term development potential of the Capital economy.
