The Status Quo of Administrative Team Building in Newly-established Local Universities and its Countermeasures

以浙江某新建地方本科院校为例,就教学管理队伍建设过程中存在的问题进行了剖析,进而提出更新管理理念、优化队伍结构、教学管理者应树立竞争和危机意识、培育教学管理者的服务和创新意识等加强新建地方本科院校教学管理队伍建设的对策。

The existing problems in the construction of administrative teams in newly-established local undergraduate universities in Zhejiang are analyzed and a set of countermeasures including updating the philosophy for administration,optimizing the structure of administrative staff,consolidating their competitive,crisis,service and innovative awareness are proposed.
