饲养方式对荷兰荷斯坦牛产奶量及乳成分的影响

Effects of Feeding Model on Milk Yield and Milk Composition of Holstein Dairy Cows in Netherlands

选用胎次、体重及产奶量相近,处于泌乳中期的健康荷斯坦母牛34头,采用单因素随机区组设计划分为对照组和试验组。对照组17头,进行放牧饲养;试验组17头,进行放牧加精料补饲饲养,以研究荷兰两种典型饲养方式对荷斯坦奶牛产奶性能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组产奶量增加12.42kg(P<0.01),乳糖含量提高0.14%(P<0.05),但本试验条件下,两种饲养方式未对乳蛋白率、乳糖含量及非脂乳固形物含量产生显著影响(P>0.05)。

To investigate the effects of two typical feeding model on the milk performance of Houlstein cows in Netherlands, thirty four healthy Holstein cows, with similar weight and mean milk production in mid--term lactation, were randomly allotted to two groups by using randomized block design, which were control group and treatment group, and every group had 17 cows. Control was fed under the grazing mod- el, and treatment was fed under the grazing and concentrate model. The duration of the preliminary experi ment was 15 d and the duration of the formal experiment was 30 d. Milk yield and milk sugar percent of control increased 12.4 kg （P〈0.01） and 0.15 % （P〈0.05） than that of treatment. But there was not sig- nificant effect on milk protein, milk fat and solid of non-fat （SNF） （P〉0.05）.
