四种沙棘枝叶总黄酮含量的比较研究 被引量:11

摘要 试验采用分光光度法(460nm)对不同品种的沙棘枝叶总黄酮含量进行测定,根据标准曲线计算样品的浓度,并对不同品种同一部位以及同一品种不同部位的总黄酮含量分别进行多重比较。结果表明,不同品种沙棘的混合枝叶和叶总黄酮含量最高,同一品种不同部位之间总黄酮含量均差异显著(P<0.05);不同品种同一部位总黄酮含量比较,除混合枝叶差异不显著(P>0.05),叶、小枝、中枝、大杆均差异显著(P<0.05)。沙棘枝叶富含黄酮,可作为黄酮提取的原料进行开发与利用。 The experiment adopted UV spectrophotometry(460 nm) to determine total flavonoids con tent in leaves and branches of different hippophae rhamnoide. Calculate sample concentrations based on standard curves, and make multiple comparisons on total flavonoids content from the same parts of differ ent variety or different parts of the same variety. The results showed that the highest content of total fla vonoids existed in mixed leaves and branches and leaves for different varieties, and there was significant difference(P〈0.05) between the contents of total flavonoids from different parts of the same variety; and comparing the total flavonoids content from the same part of different varieties, that in mixed leaves and branches didn't show significant difference(P〉0.05), while that in leaves, small branches, middle bran- ches and big branches all presented significant differences(P〈0.05). So it is concluded that hippophae rh- amnoide is rich in flavonoids, which can be used to extract flavonoids and is a potential source for develop- ment and utilization.
