摘要
[目的]探索微型教学模式在护理技术操作教学中的可行性。[方法]对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用微型教学方法,比较两组护生的理论、操作考试成绩及对教学方法的满意度。[结果]观察组护生的理论、操作考试成绩及对教学方法满意度显著高于对照组。[结论]微型教学有助于提高护生护理技术操作质量和护生对教学方法的满意度。
Objective: To probe into feasibility of microteachmg mooel m teaching of nursing technical operation. Methods: Control group cases used traditional teaching method, observation group cases used microteaching method, then to compare the theory, operation test scores of nursing students and their satisfaction to teaching method between both groups. Results:theo- ry,operation test scores of nursing students in observation group and their satisfaction to teaching method were significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion: Microteaching is helpful for improving quality of nursing technical operation of nursing students and satisfaction of nursing students to teaching method.
