50%葡萄糖溶液内痔注射的临床研究

目的 探索用50%葡萄糖溶液注射内痔的疗效。 方法 220名诊断为混合痔病人 ,其中I期内痔178名 ,II期内痔39名 ,III期内痔3名 ,每个内痔注射50%G.S2ml～4ml,三个内痔总量不超过12ml,每隔3～5天一次 ,五次为一疗程。 结果 治愈率达83.6% ,总有效率为98.65 %。 结论 本法药源广泛 ,成本低廉 ,简单易行 ,疗效显著 ,无任何毒副作用 ,未见任何并发症和后遗症。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of the 50% glucose solution treatment of the internal hemorrhoids. Methods 220 cases were all diagnosed as mixed hemorrhoids, among whom 178 cases were I0 Internal hemorrhoids, 39 cases were II0 Internal hemorrhoids and 3 cases were III0 Internal hemorrhoids. 2～4ml glucose solution was injected into each internal hemorrhoid with the maximum volume 12 ml for three internal hemorrhoids treated for five times at the interval of 3 to 5 days. Results The cure rate was 83.6% with the total effective rate of 98.6%. Conclusion The present therapy proved to be effective and cheap with no complications and sequel.
