摘要
构建现代的人力资源管理模式,是现代企业适应市场竞争的需要。作为特定时代背景下发展起来的国有企业思想政治工作,在企业构建现代人力资源管理模式中,出现了一些不适应,如政工管理干部的"位"与"为"的争辩。但现代人力资源管理模式与传统思想政治工作并不冲突,要在坚持现代人力资源管理模式下,通过思想政治工作部门在企业组织结构的融入、政工管理干部在企业人力资源的融入,并将传统的思想政治工作管理经验转化为企业先进的人力资源管理实践,做到思想政治工作与企业人力资源管理的有机融合。同时,坚持先进文化引领、全面素能提升、科学绩效考核,全面提升政工管理干部素能,为思想政治工作管理创新提供坚实的人才保障。
The construction of modern human resources management mode is the need of modem enterprises to adapt to market competition. Developing under a specific era background, the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises faces some problems in the construction of modem human resources management mode, which is not in conflict with the traditional ideological and political work. The article proposes persisting in modern human resources management mode, transforming traditional ideological and political management experience into the practice of human resources management, and achieving an organic integration of ideological and political work and human resources management of enterprises. Meanwhile, in order to improve the quality of management cadres, advanced culture leading, comprehensive promotion of personnel, and scientific performance appraisal should be stressed, so as to provide talents for the innovation of ideological and political work.
