摘要
绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的核心,许多中小企业希望通过绩效管理这一职能不断提高员工个人绩效和企业绩效,以实现组织的战略目标。通过对案例企业的调研,总结绩效管理在中小企业中存在组织设计不合理、目标定位不正确、责任界定不清晰、制度不健全等问题。为此,中小企业应采取转变思想观念、优化组织设计、制定绩效目标、完善制度建设、强化员工培训和绩效沟通等,构建以绩效为导向的企业文化,以提高其自身的综合竞争力。
Performance management is the core of enterprise human resources management. Many small and medium-sized enterprises hope to improve staff individual performance and business performance through perfohnance management and to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. Based on research, the problems of performance management in small and medium- sized enterprises are summarized. The causes are analyzed and some countermeasures are proposed so as to improve enterprise comprehensive competitiveness.
