员工培训是中小企业可持续发展不可缺少的组成部分,是一项长期工程。只要从员工的职业发展需求出发,着眼于员工能力的提升和职业发展通道的建立、企业的长期发展,科学设计,精心谋划培训工作,最终一定能实现员工个人成长与企业发展的共生双赢。
Staff training is essential for the sustainable development of small and medium- sized enterprises and it is a long-term project. It proposes that the win-win situation between personal improvement and enterprise development can be realized based on considering the staff's career development demands, building the channel of staff promotion and development, and planning and arranging training scientifically, etc.
