摘要
根据电袋除尘器工艺特点,阐述了其电除尘区、袋区以及引风机的运行特性及节能原理,并重点探讨了控制系统上采用的节能策略,提出对电袋除尘器的电除尘区、袋区、以及引风机采用共同配合,协调控制,以实现节能的最大化。实际应用表明,采用该节能技术,可在保证除尘效率前提下,有效实现电袋除尘器降低能耗目的,提高整体设备性能,最终提高电厂经济效益。
As to the technology characteristic of ESP and FF precipitator, this article sets forth the operating characteristics and energy-saving principle of the region on ESP, the region on FF precipitator, and draught fan. It introduces the energy-saving technology of ESP, and the relevant parameters and energy-saving ways on the pulse blowing and cleaning ash system of FF precipitator in detail, explores the energy-saving technology of control system on ESP and FF precipitator, and proposes the connection of the region of ESP, region of FF Precipitator, and draught fan, so as to maximize energy-saving effect. The practical application indicates that this technology can effectively realize the purpose of reducing energy consumption, and finally enhance the overall equipment performance of coal-fired power plant.
