摘要
水泵进水口淹没深度是一个泵站工程中很重要的问题。当吸水管进口淹没深度不够时,由于进水口处水流产生旋涡、吸水时带进大量空气。严重时将破坏水泵正常吸水。淹没深度过大则造成吸水井挖深较大,增大了工程投资造价。本文则全面分析了影响水泵进水口淹没深度的诸因素,然后首次从量纲分析出发,整合影响淹没深度的各种因素,研究了淹没深度问题,并得出了一个完备、简洁的计算公式。与实际工程的取值,计算结果相比较,证明该公式具有一定的计算精确度。
The submergence depth of pump inlet the is one of the very important problems in pumping station. When the submerged depth is not enough, a lot of air will be brought into because of the generation of the water inlet vortex. If the submerged depth is too deeper, the more deeper of the suction well ,the more project investment cost. This test analysis various factors which affect the submergence depth of pump inlet. Based on dimensional analysis, we integrate various factors, and educe a complete,simple calculation formula. The formula shows a certain accuracy compared with practical engineering value.
