摘要
在橡胶集料混凝土抗水渗透试验中,通过采用混凝土的渗水高度试验和电镜扫描观测相结合的试验研究方法,对橡胶集料混凝土的抗水渗透性能进行了试验测定。通过分析试验结果发现:在橡胶集料相同掺量的条件下,橡胶粒径越大,橡胶集料混凝土的抗渗性能越好;在相同的橡胶集料粒径条件下,橡胶掺量越高,橡胶集料混凝土的抗渗性能越好。橡胶集料混凝土的抗水渗透性能与强度并不存在必然的直接联系,而是由多种耦合因素的共同作用来确定的。通过对橡胶集料混凝土孔径的测定分析可知,橡胶集料混凝土最大几何孔径均大于相应普通混凝土的几何孔径,通过掺加橡胶颗粒,能够明显改善混凝土孔结构之间的连通性,有效的提高了混凝土的抗水渗透性能。
In the experimental of resistance to water permeability of rubber aggregate concrete, the height test method of ooze water and the method of scanning electron microscopy observation are chosen to make an experiment. The Test results show that: if in the same dosage conditions, the greater the size, the better of the rubber anti-permeability of rubber aggregate concrete; if under the condition of the same size, the higher the rubber content, the better is its anti-permeability performance of rubber aggregate concrete. Rubber aggregate concrete permeability and strength does not have necessary connections, but they were determined by a variety of the coupling factors. Through the analysis of pore diameter of the gods, the largest geometry aperture of Rubber aggregate concrete is larger than normal concrete, the particles of rubber can improve the pore connectivity of concrete structure significantly, and so does the water permeability of concrete significantly.
