基于系统动力学的工程监理企业信用机制研究

Study on Credit Mechanism of Construction Supervision Enterprise with System Dynamics

介绍了当前我国工程监理企业的信用现状,分析了影响监理企业信用的内外部因素。在明确监理企业信用系统构成的基础上,运用系统动力学的方法,建立了揭示其动态行为特性的系统动力学模型。结合实证,提出了模型参数及函数关系的确定方法。借助模型对监理企业信用的发展演变过程进行动态的模拟,探讨监理企业信用系统的运行规律,寻求治理监理企业信用问题的对策建议。

This paper introduces the present situation of construction supervision enterprises and analyzes the internal and external factors that influence this issue. Based on determination of the composition of the credit system for supervision enterprises, the paper explores a system dynamics model to reveal the dynamic properties and development of supervision enterprises credit. Combined with a case study, the paper puts forward methodologies to determine the parameters and variable relationships. The established model can be helpful in simulating the credit development under different policies, so as to explore the mechanism and seek measures for enhancement.
