摘要
多元智能理论提示我们在进行小教师范生的培养过程中应多角度思考其应当具备的各项技能,在充分分析的基础上从不同侧面加强对小教师范生各项能力的综合培养。
By the Multiple Intelligences theory, it could be found that normal students major in primary school education have multiple intelligences. So, in the process of teaching, different intelligences should be trained by different angles based on different sides.
