经鼻空肠管在胃大部切除手术中的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Nasal-jejunum Tube in Subtotal Gastrectomy

目的:探讨经鼻空肠管在胃大部切除手术中的应用疗效。方法:将54例行胃大部切除手术的病例,分为置管组和非置管组,比较29例置管组与25例非置管组的术后并发症及平均住院时间。结果:置管组与非置管组术后并发症的发生率分别为10.3%(3/29)、36.0%(9/25),平均住院时间分别为(12.5±2.9)、(19±6.7)d,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经鼻空肠管置入在胃大部切除手术中对预防术后并发症,缩短治疗时间有明显疗效。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect on Nasal-jejunum tube in subtotal gastrectomy.Method： 54 cases of subtotal gastrectomy were divided into implant group of 29 eases and non-implant group of 25 cases.To compare two groups＇incidence rate of complications after operation and the median length of hospital stay.Result： Incidence rate of complications after operation about the implant group and non-implant group was respectively 10.3% （ 3/29 ） and 36.0% （ 9/25 ）, the length of hospital stay was respectively （ 12.5 ± 2.9 ） days and （ 19 ± 6.7 ） days.Conclusion： The implantation of nasal-jejunum tube has obvious clinical effect in subtotal gastrectomy to prevent complications after operation and shorten curative time.
