摘要
采用便利抽样的方法对深圳某公立医院的临床医生进行问卷调查,结果显示该医院临床医生的组织公平感与组织公民行为的得分并不高,且组织公平感与组织公民行为之间呈正相关。建议医院管理者通过加强文化建设、调整薪酬制度及激励机制、完善沟通机制等措施来促使医生产生更多的组织公民行为。
Using the convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey about clinical doctors which shows that the scores of the perceived organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior are not high and there is a positive correlation between them. It's suggested to prompt the doctors tc produce more organizational citizenship behavior by strengthening the cultural construction, adjusting the salary system and incentive mechanism, improving communication mechanism and so on.
