水体中典型环境激素的种类及污染现状 被引量:8

摘要 环境激素是一类具有雌激素活性、干扰生物体内分泌的外因性化学物质。这些物质可模拟体内的天然激素,与激素受体结合,影响生物体内源激素的分泌量,或使机体产生对内源激素的过度反应,导致内分泌系统失调,进而引发生殖、发育、免疫等机能障碍。环境激素极易在水体环境中汇集,对水生生物产生较大危害。本文详细介绍了水体中5种典型环境激素的种类、来源及在全球范围内的污染状状况,并探讨了部分种类对水生生物造成的危害,指出环境激素未来的研究趋势。 Environmental hormones, as a kind of natural or manmade chemical substances which have the estrogen - like activities may disrupt the function of the endocrine system and exhibit reproductive, developmental, immune dys- function by application of function of endogenous hormone or combination with estrogen receptor. Environmental hor- mones are easy to assemble in water environment and do great harms to aquatic organisms. In this article, species, source and pollution of five typical environmental hormones in water were summarized in details, and the hazards of several environmental hormones were discussed. Then the prospect of future study in this field was put forward .
