摘要
分析比较了3种测定水产品中氯霉素残留的商品化胶体金快速检测产品,其灵敏度、精密度、符合性和稳定性均能满足目前对氯霉素监控的限量要求。胶体金免疫产品操作简单、结果准确、重复性好,适合水产品中氯霉素残留的现场筛选。
Three kinds of commercialized rapid determination products based on gold immunochromatography assay were analyzed and compared to detect chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products. Sensitivity, accuracy, conformity and stability of them can meet the limits for current monitoring of chloramphenicol. The gold immunochromatography products were rapid, simple, accurate and had good repetition, and were suitable for on - site screening of chloram- phenicol residues in aquatic products.
