关于我国征地制度的几点思考

Some Thinking of Land Expropriation System in China

改革开放以来,我国经济取到了长足的发展,但在此进程中,因经济发展需要而进行的征地行为日益频繁。随之而来的则是各种征地矛盾的突显,也因此引发了一系列社会矛盾,甚至出现了一些社会影响极大的恶性事件。究其深层次原因,是相关制度政策的不完善,造成利益主体之间难以达到一个理想的平衡点。本文深入分析了我国征地制度中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

China＇s economy has got fully developed since the policy of reform and opening-up.While during the economic growth,more and more land has been expropriated,leading to various kinds of land expropriation conflicts,which has given rise to a series of social contradictions,even some malignant events, inevitably bringing a very bad influence,If analyzed at a deep level, we will find it＇s a result of related legal regime imperfect. Because legal regime imperfect would eventually result in discordance between stakeholders.The paper firstly has a deep ananlysis about the problems of China＇s land expropriation system, and then putS forward some corresponding suggestions.
