CBCT在诊断第三磨牙与下颌管位置关系中的价值 被引量：5

摘要 下颌第三磨牙（mandibularthaidmolar,MTM）阻生易引起冠周炎和下颌第二磨牙龋坏等疾病，拔除MTM引起的下牙槽神经的损伤是术中较严重的并发症之一，发生率0．4％-9．8％”。下颌管（Mc）与MTM牙根的相邻是造成下牙槽神经损伤的主要危险因素之一。影像学检查是术前判断MTM与MC位置关系的重要手段，常用的根尖x线片和曲面断层x线检查受限于二维重叠影像，已不能满足临床诊断需要。
