摘要
目的 探讨超声和ECT检查对甲状腺癌的诊断与手术治疗的临床价值。方法 将 112例经手术证实的甲状腺癌患者的超声和ECT图像进行分析 ,并与病理对照。结果 112例患者超声检查与手术病理的符合率为75 % ,绝大多数癌肿病灶有特征性声像改变。在 43例甲状腺癌患者ECT检查中99mTc MIBI显像阳性者占 6 9% ,同时可发现颈部转移淋巴结。结论 影像检查是甲状腺癌术前诊断的可靠方法 。
Objective To study clinical value of ECT and Color Doppler Flow Image (CDFI) examination to thyroid cancer′s diagnosis and operative treatment. Methods Analyse ECT and CDFI images of thyroid cancer were confirmed by operation,compared with pathologic diagnosis. Results The rate of accord was 75% in 112 patients who were examined by CDFI and pathology.Most cancer focus had characteristic images. 99m Tc-MIBI image positive was 69% in 43 thyroid cancer patients who were examined by ECT,at the same time cervix lymphatic metastasis were found. Conclusion The image examinations are credible methods for diagnosis of thyroid cancer before operation.This is important in choosing operative pattern and improving quality of operation. [
