全甲洋参胶囊对环磷酰胺致畸和抑瘤作用的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察全甲洋参胶囊 (QJYS)对环磷酰胺 (CP)引起的荷瘤小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成 (MNF)和对CP抑瘤作用的影响 ,探讨其临床应用的合理性。方法 以荷瘤 (S180 )小鼠为动物模型 ,分别观察单纯给予不同剂量的QJYS ,单纯给予CP ,同时给予QJYS和CP对小鼠肿瘤生长和骨髓嗜多染红细胞MNF的影响 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 单纯给予QJYS各剂量组小鼠肿瘤平均重量及MNF均略低于对照组 ,但无显著性差异。单纯给予CP可显著抑制肿瘤的生长 ,但小鼠骨髓MNF由 3 .5‰。上升到 3 2 .1‰ (P <0 .0 0 1)。QJYS与CP同时给药对小鼠的抑瘤效果略好于单纯使用CP ,并可显著降低小鼠骨髓MNF。在QJYS和CP同时给药组中 ,高、中、低剂量QJYS使MNF分别为 2 0 .6‰ ,2 2 .4‰和 2 5 .1‰ ,与CP组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1~P <0 .0 5 ) ,呈现良好的量效相关性。结论 QJYS可显著降低CP的致畸毒性 ,减轻烷化剂对DNA的损伤 ,改善CP的抑瘤效果。 ? Objective To observe the effect of Quanjia Yangshen Jiaonang (QJYS namely:capsules of soft shelled turtle & American ginseng,a traditional Chinese medicine) on the marrow polychromatic erythrocyte′s micronucleus formation (MNF) and tumoricidal action induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) in tumor bearing mice,and probe into rational administration in clinic.Methods Tumor bearing mices (S180) were used as the animal model,divided into the following groups:single QJYS group (in various dosages);single CP group;QJYS plus CP group and a control group.Effects on the tumor growth and MNF were compared among the four groups.Results Single QJYS group had a bit less tumor weight and a lower MNF than the control group,but no significant difference.Single CP group had a remarkable inhibition in the tumor growth,and an MNF increase from 3.5‰ to 32.1‰ (P<0.001).QJYS plus CP group had a bit better tumor inhibition than single CP group,especially with a noticeable decrease in MNF;in this group with a decreasing dosage of QJYS, MNF was 20.6‰,22.4‰,and 25.1‰ respectively,there was a significant difference in comparison with single CP group (P<0.001~P<0.05),with a good dose effect relationship.Conclusions QJYS noticeably inhibits the teratogenesis of CP,reduces the DNA injury caused by this alkylating agent,and improves its tumoricidal effect. 〔
