食管癌p53、PCNA表达与mdr-1基因表达相关性研究

A Study on the relationship of expression between p53/PCNA and mdr-1 gene in esophageal carcinoam

目的 研究食管癌组织中癌相关蛋白 p5 3、PCNA与mdr 1基因表达的相关性 ,旨在从基因分子水平进一步探讨预测化疗效果的可行性。方法 71例食管癌患者的癌标本入组研究。mdr 1基因检测选RT PCR法 ,p5 3、PCNA的表达用免疫组织化学法。分析 p5 3、PCNA的表达与mdr 1基因表达的相关性。 结果 癌组织中mdr 1基因、p5 3、PC NA阳性表达有高度相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 食管癌组织中mdr 1基因、p5 3、PCNA阳性表达有一致性 ;p5 3、PCNA的高表达可能涉及肿瘤的耐药机制 ,临床化疗前检测患者癌组织中 p5 3、PCNA对预测食管癌化疗效果有一定的参考价值。

? Objective To correlate the expression of p53/PCNA protein with the expression of mdr 1 gene in esophageal cancer tissue,and to avaluate the feasibility of predicting chemotherapy response with molecular indexes.Methods 71 patients with esophageal cancer were analyzed with immunohistochemical staining for p53 and PCNA expression and with RT PCR for mdr 1 gene expression.Results There was positive correlation between p53/PCNA epxression and mdr 1 gene expression in esophageal cancer tissue.Conclusions The overexpression of p53、PCNA in esophageal cancers may be involved in drug resistance,which should be considered by clinicians. 〔
