中国复兴的科学基础和政策分析 被引量:2

Science Foundation and Policy Analysis on China's Revival

摘要 中国在18世纪以前曾经具有世界先进水平,曾经是一个发达国家;但后来衰落了,在19至20世纪期间成为一个发展中国家。中国复兴就是中国衰落后再次达到世界先进水平,在21世纪再次成为一个发达国家。只有真正成为一个发达国家,中国才真正实现了复兴。本文从现代化科学角度,简要讨论中国复兴的科学基础、战略机遇和政策建议。 China was a developed country in the world before 18th century, and then became a developing country between 19th and 20th century. If China becomes a developed country again in the 21st century, it is the China's revival. The foundation, opportunity and policy of China's revival from the perspective of the modernization science are discussed in this paper.
