摘要
microRNAs(miRNAs)是长度为20个碱基左右的单链非编码小RNAs,参与肿瘤生成、侵袭和转移。研究表明,microRNA通过转录后调节发挥促癌及抑癌作用,在胃癌多药耐药细胞中,microRNA异常表达,转染microRNA能够逆转多药耐药现象。研究microRNA或将成为破解多药耐药难题的新方法。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are one group of single stranded non-coding small RNAs, about 20 bases long, participating in oncogenesis, tumor invasion and metastasis. Recent research shows, microRNA can function as post-transcriptional regulators of tumor oncogenes and suppressors. MicroRNA aberrantly expressed in mutiple drug resistant gastric cancer cell lines. MicroRNA transfection could reverse MDR( mutipie drug resistance) phenotype. MicroRNA research may be a new direction for drug-resistant obstacle.
