摘要
对高炉含钛炉料护炉机理进行了分析,并对钛球和钛矿两种护炉料的化学成分、冶金性能和实际使用效果等进行了研究。研究结果发现,钛球的碱金属含量偏高,钛矿的FeO和S含量偏高;钛球具有良好的冶金性能,而钛矿还原性和熔滴性能较差;实际护炉效果表明钛球护炉效果优于钛矿。
This paper analyzed the mechanism of protecting furnace hearth by burden containing titanium, and the experimental study was carried out on chemical constituents, metallurgical properties and practical application effect of the pellet containing titanium and the raw ore containing titanium. The results shown the pellet containing titanium is high alkali content and the raw ore containing titanium is high FeO and S content. The pellet containing titanium has good metallurgical properties. But the raw ore containing titanium has poor reduction and droplet properties. The actual furnace protection effect showed that the pellet containing titanium protection effect is better than the raw ore containing titanium.
