摘要
主要介绍了莱钢炼钢厂中型H型钢生产线,通过综合考虑LF精炼炉渣的硫容量、黏度、熔化温度,并结合生产实际,选择合理的渣系,优化二次造泡沫渣工艺,加快了成渣速度,提高了钢水流动性及顶渣埋弧效果,促进了快速脱氧、脱硫及夹杂物的去除,进一步净化了钢水。
Medium mainly introduces Laiwu steel h-beam production line, through comprehensive consideration sulfur capacity of LF refining slag viscosity, melting temperature and combining with actual production, choose reasonable slag system, optimization of secondary slag foaming process, to speed up the slag, raise the steel liquid and the effect of top slag submerged arc, promoted the rapid deoxidation desulphurization and inclusion removal, and further purifying the liquid steel.
