20CrMnTi齿轮钢的冶炼连铸工艺研究

摘要 柳钢采用“BOF→LF→R→H→CC”工艺成功地开发了20CrMnTi齿轮钢,通过对冶炼和连铸工艺进行优化控制,提高了钢水的洁净度和可浇性,铸坯全氧含量w(T(O)≤20×10^-6,氮含量w(N)大部分控制在55×10^-6以内,成功解决了20CrMnTi小方坯连铸生产的顺行问题;完全消除了铸坯的表面凹陷。 20CrMnTi gear steel is successfully developed in Liuzhou Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation by adoption of the technological route of "BOF→LF→R→H→CC" . Through the optimization of smelting and continuous casting process, it improves castability and cleanliness of the liquid steel, and the content of T[O] and N in 20CrMnTi billet can be controlled within 22×10^-6 and 55×10^-6 respectively. Finally, the quality performance indexes of round bar all meet the standard requirement and application requirement of users.
