鼻内镜术对真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗作用

目的探讨鼻内镜术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009～2012年的60例真菌性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组30例,采用传统上颌窦根治术治疗,实验组30例,采用鼻内镜术治疗。结果对照组出血量为(95.7±22.1)mL,手术时间为(78.5±5.7)min。实验组出血量为(78.8±17.1)mL,手术时间为(61.9±5.3)min。实验组手术出血量和手术时间均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为63.33%,实验组总有效率为93.33%,实验组总有效率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎临床疗效好,手术时间短创伤较小,在临床上具有推广意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of fungal sinusitis. Methods During 2009 to 2012, 60 cases were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Control group included 30 cases used Caldwell-Luc surgery, and test group included 30 cases used endoscopic sinus surgery. Results The amount of bleeding and operation time of test group were less than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of test group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery can have a better clinical effect, shorter operation time and less invasive can in treatment of fungal sinusitis than Caldwell-Luc surgery and can be popularized.
