新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗效果及不良反应探讨

目的探讨新生儿黄疸实行蓝光治疗后的治疗效果及不良反应,明确光疗的最佳时间。方法随机选取新生儿黄疸患者260例,TCB测定所选患者入院时及治疗后相关数据,并针对测试结果具体分析。结果 260例新生儿黄疸患者,实行每次蓝光治疗12h,1次/d,通过治疗4～5d后全部痊愈。结论通过蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,不但住院时间大大缩短,而且患儿痛苦明显减轻,不良反应减少,并有效抑制了胆红素脑病的发生,是有效降低血清未结合胆红素的重要方法。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the implementation of the Blu-ray treatment of neonatal jaundice and adverse clear phototherapy best time. Methods Randomly selected 260 cases of neonatal jaundice patients, TCB measurement data selected patients on admission and after treatment,and specific analysis of test results. Results Selected 260 cases of neonatal jaundice patients, the implementation of each time the Blu-ray treatment 12 h daily, by 4 to 5 days of treatment, all healed. Conclusion By the Blu-ray treatment of neonatal jaundice significant effect,not only the length of stay is significantly shortened,and significantly reduced patient pain,reduce adverse reactions,and effectively suppress the occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy, is effective to reduce the importance of serum unconjugated bilirubin method.
