胸腔镜肺大泡切除47例围手术期护理

目的探讨并分析胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者的护理特点,以指导临床护理工作。方法回顾性分析2009年9月～2010年9月广东省汕尾市人民医院收治的行胸腔镜肺大泡切除术的患者47例,随机分为A、B两组。A组(对照组)23例,围手术期采用常规护理模式;B组(观察组)24例,采取综合的护理干预模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 B组患者围手术期的手术时间短、术中并发症少、伤口疼痛感觉轻,护理效果优于A组,患者对综合护理干预的满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行胸腔镜手术的肺大泡患者实施护理非常重要,综合护理干预对于肺大泡围手术期的护理效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss and analyse thoracoscopy pulmonary bullae resection operation patients＇ nursing features and to find out good nursing methods. Methods Retrospectively analysed 47 cases of those patients who have received thoracoscopy pulmonary bullae resection operation at our hospital from September 2009 to September 2011,divided them into group A and group B randomly, group A has 25 cases of patients, adopted routine nursing mode to group A＇s patients in the perioperative,namely control group; Group B has 22 cases of patients,adopted comprehensive nursing prevention mode to them,namely observation group.Compared these two groups＇ patients＇ nursing effects. Results Group B＇s patients＇ operation time was shorter in the perioperative,intraoperative complications were fewer, feeling of wound pain was more light and its nursing effect was better than group A＇s patients＇. Patients have high satisfaction toward comprehensive nursing prevention. Conclusion It is very important to carry out nursing for those patients who have received thoracoscopy pulmonary bullae resection operation.comprehensive nursing prevention has significant effect on pulmonary bullae perioperative,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
