摘要
海洋产业集群以打造全海洋产业链模式形成专业化的网络分工合作体系,有利于生产要素的集聚及海洋资源的合理配置,极大促进海洋产业迅速发展。文章通过海洋产业集中率和区位熵计算,明确我国以滨海旅游业、海洋交通运输业、海洋渔业、海洋船舶工业等传统海洋产业集群效应明显,然后分析影响我国海洋产业集群发展的主要因素,最后提出营造浓厚的海洋开发氛围、构建海洋产业创新体系、完善系列海洋产业管理制度等方面促进我国海洋产业集群创新发展。
Marine industry cluster builds the whole chain of marine industry to form a professional network system, which collects production factors and rationally allocates marine resources, greatly promotes development of marine industry. It calculated the concentration ratios and location entropy of marine industry; The results showed China＇s marine industry cluster mainly includes coastal tourism, marine transportation, marine fishery, and marine shipbuilding. Then it analyzed the distribution of four major marine industries. Finally it analyzed the factors of influencing China＇s marine industry cluster development, and put forward suggestions to promote innovation development of China＇s marine industry cluster.
