摘要
随着生物科技的飞速发展,人类已经初步掌握了通过转基因技术去改变生物性状的方法。近年来精子载体技术因其可方便有效地产生转基因动物模型而受到人们越来越多的关注。这项技术具有操作简单、人为损伤小等优点。本文主要从精子载体技术的技术背景、发展历程、相关机制、操作方法以及应用展望等方面对其进行综述。
With the rapid development of biotechnology, we can change the trait of organism using transgenetic tech- nology. In recent years, there are growing interests in the establishment of sperm mediated gene transfer (SMGT) technology as an effective and convenient method to produce transgenic animals. SMGT technology is a transgenetic method, which is easy in operation and does little harm to the cell compared with the other transgenetic methods. In this review, we expound the background, development, mechanism, operation and application of SMGT.
