双膝同片负重位和多角度髌骨轴位的投照技术 被引量:2

摘要 对膝关节负重位和多角度髌骨轴位的X线投照技术探讨,以建立一个检查膝关节病变的最佳投照方式。材料与方法:应用自制的多角度髌骨轴位投照架,双膝关节在同片不同屈曲度数时以及双膝关节在负重位时X线投照的影像对比。结果:在屈膝30°、45°、90°时,X线球管水平中心线向上、向头侧分别倾斜5°、7°、10°时,髌骨呈单边影像,达到诊断要求。结论:膝关节负重住和多角度髌骨轴位(即屈膝30°、45°、90°)。X线投照技术是对膝关节病变经济有效的检查方法之一。 Objective:In order to establish a best projection way of knee joint,X-ray projection technique of load -posion of knee joint and multiangle axix-position of keencap were discussed. Materials and methods: A self-made muttiangle axix- position projectionf rame of kneecap was used and theimages of double knee joints at rariant bending angles in the same film were compared,the different X-ray projection condition of knee joint at lood- position were compared ,too. Results: when knee joint was bent with angle at 30°、45°、90°and the level-central line of X- ray fube slope up and cranialis of 5°,7°,10° respectively,the kneecap image is single slide and meet the diagnosis need. Conclusion: The X- ray projection technique of load - position of knee joint and nultiangle axix- position of kneecap (ie:bending kneejoint at 30°,45°,90° degree) is one of economic and effective ways of finding knee joint pathology.
