摘要
目的探讨不同垫底材料用于乳磨牙深龋的临床效果。方法选择2007—2010年收治的乳磨牙深龋患儿800例,年龄最小2岁,最大9岁,随机分为4组,分别用氢氧化钙DMG双层垫底、聚羧酸锌水门汀、DMG复合体垫底,及树脂直接充填,术后定期复查。结果术后1年,四组临床成功率分别为78%、43.3%、47%、40%。术后2年,4组临床成功率分别为65.3%、38.0%、38.7%、29.9%。结论几种垫底材料的临床效果有显著性差异,用氢氧化钙双层垫底治疗乳牙深龋成功率高,疗效稳定,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of different rebase materials used in deep caries of deciduous teeth.M ethods To choose 800 children with deep caries in their deciduous teeth who came to visit the dentist from 2007 to 2011,from 2 year old to 9,and divide them into four groups by randomization,in each group use calcium hydroxide and DMG,polycarboxylate cement,DMG,as rebase,and in the left group just fill the hole with resin,and review regularly.Results One year after the trearment,the rate of success in the four groups is 78%,43.3%,47%,40%。 Two year after the trearment,the rate of success in the four groups is 65.3%,38%,38.7%,29.9%.Conclusion The clinical effect of different rebase materials has significant difference,deep caries treated with calcium hydroxide and DMG as rebase have high rate of success,and the effect is stable.
