腹腔镜手术治疗29例小儿阑尾炎的护理探讨

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗小儿阑尾炎手术室护理的要点。方法总结29例腹腔镜手术治疗对于小儿阑尾炎的手术室护理方面的体会。术前主要做好心理护理、物品器械方面的准备,术中巡回护士、器械护士熟练配合等,术后患儿护理以及器械处理。结果 29病患在17～43min内顺利完成手术,患儿术后30～60min回病房,3～7d后顺利出院。结论在此项手术室熟练做好术前、术中、术后的等方面的护理工作,可以保障小儿阑尾炎腹腔镜手术的顺利进行,缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症的发生等。

Objective This paper points laparoscopic treatment of children with appendicitis room nursing.M ethods 29 cases of laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis in children＇s room nursing experience.Mainly good psychological care,goods equipment ready preoperative,intraoperative circulating nurse,instrument nurse skilled co-ordination,treatment of postoperative children with care and equipment.Results 29 patients within 17～43 min,the successful completion of the surgery,postoperatively and 30 to 60 min back to the ward and was discharged in 3～7 d.Conclusion In this operating room skilled good preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative and other aspects of care work can guarantee the smooth progress of the pediatric appendicitis laparoscopic surgery,shorter surgery time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
