摘要
目的探讨血液透析与血液灌流联合治疗尿毒症患者的疗效。方法维持性血液透析患者21例,每周2～3次,同时采用血液灌流串联透析方法,与自身对照常规透析治疗,观察与皮肤瘙痒有关毒素血尿素氮,肌酐、血磷和血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)和临床瘙痒症状的比较。结果血液透析与血液灌流联合不仅能清除尿毒症小分子物质,而且可改善大中分子毒素所致的皮肤瘙痒症状。除1例发生低血压外,无不良反应。结论血透与灌流可作为长期维持性血液透析患者治疗皮肤瘙痒的一种治疗方法,配合临床护理能有效的提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for uremic patients.M ethods 21 cases of hemodialysis patients were rivewed,2～3 times per week,while the combined with hemoperfusion.Observe the blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,serum phosphorus and serum parathyroid hormone（PTH）associated with skin itching.Results Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion not only can removal small molecular substances,also can improve the symptom of skin pruritus,except for 1 case of hypotension.Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can serve as long-term methods for treatment of skin itching,combined with clinical nursing can effectively improve the quality of life.
