摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)水平和心功能的影响。方法该研究在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者。结果美托洛尔能够明显抑制慢性心力衰竭患者的脑钠肽,改善心功能。结论血浆脑钠肽水平可以作为评价美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的监测指标。
Objective To investigate the influence of metoprolol on chronic heart failure patients with brain natriuretic peptide levels and heart function.M ethods This study on the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment with metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure.Results Metoprolol can significantly inhibit brain natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure and improve cardiac function.Conclusion Plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels can be used as the evaluation of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure monitoring indicators.
