咽部急性炎症患者护理问题分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures for Nursing Problem on Pharyngeal Acute Inflammation Patients

目的总结咽部急性炎症患者常见护理问题,探讨护理要点。方法对107例住院治疗的咽部急性炎症患者现存的常见护理问题进行评估分析,并提供相应的护理措施。结果所有患者均痊愈出院,住院3～5d有79例(占73.83%),5～7d有23例(占21.50%),7d以上有5例(占4.67%)。结论护理人员应重视咽部急性炎症患者咽部炎症反应引发的一系列护理问题,遵医嘱积极抗感染治疗的同时,细致的口咽部清洁、超声雾化、饮食护理、心理支持是重要的护理措施。

Objective To summarize the normal nursing problems on pharyngeal acute inflammation patients,and discuss the related nursing essentials.M ethods Analyzed the extant primary problems on 107 pharyngeal acute inflammation patients in hospital.Offered the related nursing measures.Results All patients were discharged from hospital after recovery.There were 79 patients between 3 to 5 days of hospitalization,23 patients between 5 to 7 days and 5 patients more than 7 days.Conclusion Nurses would pay attention to a series of nursing problems on pharyngeal acute inflammation patients suffering sore throats.The significant nursing measures contained anti-inflammation follow the doctor＇s advice as well as careful oropharynx decontamination,ultrasonic atomization,diet nursing and psychological support
