摘要
利用4个CMS-FA胞质不育系、相应保持系和3个恢复系,研究不育细胞对11个产量相关性状的细胞质效应和核质互作效应.结果表明:CMS-FA胞质杂交稻不育细胞质对千粒重和生育期性状表现出显著正效应,对穗颈长性状表现出显著负效应,其他性状的不育细胞质效应不显著;单株穗数、千粒重、每穗总粒数、结实率、株高,穗长、穗颈长和生育期等性状的核质互作效应均达到了显著或极显著水平;不育胞质与核基因的互作使杂种F1的平均基因型预测值、群体平均优势和群体超亲优势在株高和穗颈长上得到明显增加;CMS-FA胞质杂交稻不育细胞质无不良细胞质效应,不育系可恢复性好,可作为杂交稻育种的优良不育胞质加以利用.
Using 4 CMS-FA sterile lines ( A line) and the corresponding maintainer line (B line) as female parents, and 3 corre- sponding restorer lines ( R line) as male parents, 12 gemination hybrids of A lines × R lines ( AF1 ) and B line × R lines ( BF1 ) were made to analyze the genetic effects of nude stedle cytoplasms and nucleo-cytoplasmic on yield-related traits of CMS-FA hybrid rice by using the difference ( AF1 - BF1 )/BF1× 100% and additive-dominant x cytoplasmic modle. The results showed significant positive effects on 1000-grain-weight (TGW) and growth duration (GD) and significant negative effects on panicle neck length (PNL) were observed. The cytoplasmic effects on other eight traits were insignificant. Significant interaction effects of nucleus and cytoplasm were observed on panicle number per plant, TGW, total grain number per plant, seed-set percent, plant height (PH), panicle length (PL), PNL, and GD. Because of the interaction effects, the prediction of Ft genotype value, their population mean heteresis and population better-parent heterosis were increased in PH and PNL. Male sterile cytoplasm of CMS-FA hybrid rice was no adverse cytoplasmic effect, its sterile lines were well resumed, as an excellent cytoplasmic it can be used for breeding of hybrid rice.
