炭疽菌附着胞形成的影响因素及形态特征比较 被引量:4

摘要 研究了炭疽菌属的孢子萌发率、附着胞形成率及形态等受孢子龄、叶汁种类和孢子悬液浓度影响的情况.结果表明,5 d菌龄的孢子以水配成3.4×105个·mL-1左右的孢子悬液,在25℃光照下培养12 h,附着胞的形态特征稳定,较适宜孢子萌发与附着孢形态的观察.对附着胞形态观察发现,11种炭疽菌产生的附着胞特征均存在一定的差异;胶孢炭疽菌的12个菌株中,除寄生于雷公藤的炭疽菌外,其余11个菌株的附着孢形态差异不明显. The effects of spore ages, spore concentrations and different leaf Liquors on sporulation rate, appressorium fommtion rate and morphology in C.olletotrichum were investigated. The results showed that when 5 days old spores diluted 3.4 × 10^5 individuals · mL-1 spore concentration with water were incubated for 12 h under 25 ℃ with light, appressoria were formed with stable morphology. The above conditions were considered suitable for sportflation and appressorium observation. On one hand, the appressorium morphology was found slightly different in the 11 different Colletotrichum species. On the other hand, the differences of appressorium morphology were similar in the 12 strains of C. gloeosporioides, except the one from Tripterygium toilfordii.
