可注射型心肌组织工程技术研究进展
摘要
据WHO估计全球范围内29%死亡归因于冠心病及心肌梗死导致的心力衰竭(心衰),目前药物治疗及左心室辅助装置植入只能延缓心衰进展,并不能明显改善预后。终末期心衰患者可进行心脏移植,然而由于器官移植供体来源紧张和终生服用抗排斥药物及相关的免疫抑制剂带来的各种并发症等原因使其无法满足临床诊治的需要。
