人乳腺珠蛋白在乳腺癌生物免疫治疗研究中的进展

摘要 0引言人乳腺珠蛋白(mammaglobin-A,MGBA orMGB1;也称human mammaglobin-A,hMAM-A)是新近发现的一个乳腺癌相关抗原,其可贵之处在于乳腺癌组织上的专一性过表达,这使其有望成为乳腺癌特异性肿瘤标志物,也是一个非常有吸引力的免疫治疗靶点,极大地引起了乳腺癌生物免疫治疗研究者的兴趣。关于MGBA在乳腺癌生物免疫治疗方面的研究不断被发表,本文旨在从MGBA的概述和生物免疫治疗两方面对其作一综述。
