摘要
从病因病机、证候分类与临床治疗等几个方面对近10年来中医药治疗心脏传导阻滞的研究进行了概述。认为目前对心脏传导阻滞的病因病机认识较一致 ,但临床辨证分型尚不尽统一。本病的中医治疗有辨证论治、创制新法、古方运用及中西药联用等法 ,各种不同方法均有一定效果。今后 ,应加强证候类型标准化、有效方药筛选、药物作用机制、剂型改革等方面的基础与临床研究 ,进一步提高中医药治疗心脏传导阻滞的水平。
This paper summarizes the recent ten years' researchs of TCM in treating heart block, according to the etiologic mechanism、types of syndrome and clinical treatment and so on. The authors think that most researchers agree with the pathogenesis of heart block, but still don't all agree with clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs at the present time. The therapy methods of TCM for heart block include diagnosis and treatment basing on overall analysis of symptoms and signs、establishing new ways、application of ancient prescription and combining Chinese drugs with Western medicine etc, all these therapeutic methods are of their curative effection. From now on, we should strengthen the basic and clinical research on the standardizing types of syndrome、screening effective prescriptions、pharmacologic mechanism of drugs and reformation of pharmacol preparaton, further promote the levels of TCM in treating heart block.
