Determination of Baicalin of Nebula Eizema by 1st Derivative Spectroscopy

目的 :建立测定湿疹喷雾剂中黄芩甙含量的方法。方法 :一阶导数光谱法(dA/dλ=dε/dλCL)。结果 :标准曲线的相关系数γ=0.9999,平均回收率99.50%(RSD=1.10% ,n=5)。结论 :该法简便、快速、准确、稳定、灵敏度高、重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法之一。

Object:To set up the method of determining baicalin of nebula eczema. Method:1st derivative spectroscopy. Result: The average recovery was 99.50%, coefficient of variation was 1.01%,and coefficient of correlation was 0.9999. Conclusion:The method is simple、rapid、accurate、stable、highly sensitive and reappearing consistently,so,it is suitable for the quality control of baicalin of nebula eczema.
