月经周期中宫颈粘液乳酸脱氢酶的变化及影响因素

摘要 的 :探讨宫颈粘液中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)在月经周期中的变化及影响因素。方法 :用比色法对 7例正常人和 15例体外授精胚胎移植 (IVF -ET)者月经周期中宫颈粘液LDH酶活性进行动态测定。结果 :宫颈粘液LDH活性在月经周期具有规律性变化 ,IVF -ET者和正常人有相似的变化趋势 ,卵泡期酶活性较高 ,围排卵期明显下降 ,排卵后迅速上升。围排卵期酶活性明显低于卵泡期和黄体期 (P <0 0 0 5 )。IVF -ET者卵泡期、排卵期宫颈粘液LDH水平低于正常人的同期水平。结论 :宫颈粘液LDH在月经周期中具有特定的变化规律 ,且LDH活性与雌激素水平有关。 OBJECTIVE:To study change of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in cervical mucus during menstrul period. METHOD:Dynamieally assay the activity of LDH in cervical mucus during menstrul period in 15 women who were underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation (IVF-ET) and 7 women who had norncal menstrul period with cdorimetric methad.RESULTS:The activity of LDH in cervical mucus had a regular variation during menstrul period. The variation tendeacy is similar in IVF-ET and normal women. The enzyme in the follicular period was active and then the activity decreased in the periovulatory period.After ovulation, the activity of the enzyme recreased rapidly. The activity of the enzyme in the periovulatory was significantly lower than that of the follicular period or luteal period (P<0 005).CONCLUSION: The activity of the LDH in the cervical mucus had a regular variation during menstrual period, and could be as an indication for ovulation.
