B型超声诊断前列腺增生症284例结果分析

DIAGNOSIS OF PROSTATE HYPERPLASIA BY ULTRASOUND

目的 :探讨前列腺增生症前列腺形态与体征的相关性。方法 :对不同症状的 2 84例前列腺增生症患者采用B型超声诊断仪检测其前列腺声像图特点。结果 :随着前列腺增生内腺增大 ,内外腺比例失调 ,其排尿困难亦加重。尿道前曲愈明显 ,走行改变随着前列腺的增大而加重 ,血尿与结石无明显关系 ,而与尿道前列腺部前屈的程度有关。结论

OBJECTIVE:To investigate correlation between ultrasonic morphology and clinical presentation in prostate hyperplasia. METHOD:284 prostate hyperplasia patients with varied clinical presentation received ultrasonic examination.RESULTS:The severity of dysuresia was correlated to degree of enlargement of internal prostate and imbalance of internal and external prostate.Also,the degree of enlargement was correlated to severity of urethral anteflexion.Hematuria was not correlated to prostatolith,but the degree of urethral anteflexion.CONCLUSION:Ultrasound is valuable for diagnosis of prostate hyperplasia.
